Order Issues
Unfortunately, once you have submitted your order, changing the shipping address is no longer possible. We urge you to verify your shipping address before submitting the order.
Sadly, that is not possible. The invoice is a legal document, which - once created - is a legal document between Remarkable Enterprises Ltd., and you, and we cannot edit it. If you need a different address on the invoice, you can submit a new order with the correct address, and we can potentially cancel your existing order, as long as it has not been shipped out.

Shipping + Delivery
Sometimes shipping information can be incorrect and a product shows as delivered before it actually arrives. While annoying, in most cases the package is coming shortly, although it could still be a day or two. You can also check with your neighbors whether they brought the package in to avoice it being stolen.
If the product did not arrive after 2 days of the parcel's tracking information showing as delivered, please reach out to our customer care team, and we'll be most happy to assist.
Easy, peasy! You order up to $99, and delivery is $9.99. If you order over $99, shipping is free!
At this point, we only ship within Canada and the United States, and while Far Away Lands sounds like an awesome place, we are currently unable to ship there.
Returns + Refunds
You purchased something, and it just wan't what you were hoping for, so you need to return it. Now what? Well, fortunately, this is all explained in our Return Policy right here.
"Something is wrong with my product!" While we aim to please 102% of the time, things do happen, and you need to exchange your product. our customer care team is more than happy to help. Please see our Return Policy, or reach out to our Customer Care team, who's ready and more than happy to assist.
We cannot do this. We can only refund money to the original payment method.

All over, really. Our fantastic sourcing team works tirelessly sourcing products to bring you the best deals possible.
The answer is a definite "maybe", although chances are if we do not already have it in stock, we are likely not going to have it in stock anytimne soon.
Sometimes we are able to find products at amazing prices and can pass on the savings to you. However, if we are unable to find the product at the same price again, we may not bring it back. Or sometimes we just run out of stock :-( Fret not, though, as we will do our best to bring the product back.
